Pho 95's - Alexandria

Two words. Perfect Pho. I always order a large Shrimp Pho with an appetizer of the chicken egg roll, for a drink I have a Thai Tea with a water on the side. Definitely recommend. If you don't know what to get for your first time, try my order!

Decent place- probably won’t be back though. The mushrooms in my Pho frankly tasted dirty. The broth and everything else was good though. I also ordered soft spring rolls and unfortunately they were completely torn apart by the time I got home *pictured*. Most of the veggies spilled out which almost made them inedible. I placed my order online and the man at the front was rude, but the lady who was cooking in the back who brought my food out to me was very nice!Parking: Very large parking lot- no worries here!

The pho here doesn't compare to what you get in Colorado. The portion sizes are disappointing; they feel very skimpy for the price. The large rare steak I ordered seemed more like a small. I finished the entire bowl and drank all the broth, yet I was still hungry—all for $15. I definitely won't be coming back. I refuse to pay $30 for a meal. Food rating: 3/5.

This was a huge mistake. I usually order chicken pho soup, but today I decided to try the shrimp fried rice instead. The ingredients sounded great, but I was in for a rude awakening. The white rice was clumpy and tasted like it was two days old. And the shrimp… well, let's just say it looked like the shrimp they use in those little spring rolls! I'm very disappointed, and it definitely wasn't worth the $15.

The portion sizes were generous, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The tofu in the pho chay was cooked perfectly, and the addition of mushrooms was a delightful surprise—definitely not something you find at every Vietnamese restaurant. However, the veggie broth was a bit underwhelming; I would have liked to have tasted more lemongrass in it. Aside from that, the atmosphere was serene, and the staff were friendly. When I inquired about the wait time for my takeout order, the man at the counter told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and it was actually done in just 8! I definitely want to return and try more dishes. Apologies for the messy photo; as mentioned, I got it to go.
