Starbucks - Alexandria

The new staff is in need of training. They?re not reading the customers specifications at all. My last 2 orders had to be trashed because they were pure sugar and chocolate. Not what I asked for at all. So frustrating!

This is my favorite store! I love the customer service! I had a great chat with a barista named ?Stef? super informative, she made my drink perfectly and helped me with some advice! The whole team over there are such amazing people! I would give a 12/10 if I could! I love coming here

I dont like this pace because the employee is treating costumers bad. Very very bad!

Not sure what the deal is but whenever i?ve gotten tea here it?s just doesn?t taste the same as elsewhere else?especially not the chai tea i usually love? it tasted more like the coconut milk i asked for rather than the spicy misc!

I love the staff; hate the management. This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to where management forbids employees from unlocking the chain on the outdoor chairs even on a nice day. Or so I?ve been told. So despite Starbucks shutting down all of its stores in 2020 and asking people to wear a mask, you must sit inside this crowded coffee house even with beautiful weather.
