According to the employee that I asked for sweet tea, it?s their policy not to refill the sweet tea container ?late in the day?. It was 4:45pm, so just know that if you go for dinner, chances of sweet tea are slim. Food was pretty good though.

This place is always bustling, exceptionally clean, and has a great atmosphere. All the ingredients were fresh, making it my go-to Subway for delicious and healthy sandwiches.

I ordered through the Waitr app, and it indicated that my order had been delivered an hour and a half ago. I called the restaurant, and when I spoke to the manager about the issue, he just hung up on me instead of helping or advising me to contact Waitr. This kind of behavior is both unprofessional and extremely rude. I have seizures and sometimes struggle to think clearly, but the real issue is the manager's lack of professionalism and courtesy. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I am absolutely furious.

The food was enjoyable once I finally received it. I placed an online order at 3:13 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. However, when I arrived, I had to wait in line only to be informed that they didn't have my order. After showing them my order on my phone, they located the ticket on the counter and mentioned they had just received it. I ended up leaving the store at 5:22 PM because they prioritized making the orders for those in line first. What’s the point of ordering online if the food isn’t ready and I still have to wait in line?
