Union Pub - Alexandria

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The waiter was very inattentive and seemed annoyed when we asked for clean glasses instead of dirty ones with fingerprints. One of my friends ordered a black bean burger with only lettuce, but it came without a bun - just the patty and a piece of lettuce. The food was not good. I had the chicken sliders and was unimpressed. I only managed to eat two of them.

This is your run of the mill sports bar. The staff are friendly, but it can get loud during Monday night football and other sporting events. I ordered the buffalo wings and fries for $12, but I personally didn't think they were worth the price.

Nice outdoor seating area with overhead canopy and some side plexiglass wind protection, but still good air flow. Black bean veggie burger and salad was good option for me as a vegan (minus cheese, of course), and craft beer selection was decent. Or server was attentive and helpful. Alas, the TVs showing a football game were unfortunately quite loud, even after we requested reduced sound level. Oh well. Guessing that doesn't happen all the time. Great location near Union

Great beer selection i'm a big fan of weiss beers so i was delighted by the heffewizen on their menu. the cheese curds were amazing and the burger was pretty good and came with well seasoned fries that had the perfect texture
