El Paso Mexican Grill & Bar

Its my husbands personal favorite Mexican restaurant in and around cenla. Hands down the BEST quality meat of any of the mexican restaurants for sure. Food is amazing, family friendly, and the margaritas are on par. Basically this is one of the bestrestaurants period in Alexandria.

Had the Pork Tacos al pastor with Charro Beans and rice for dinner while out with a coworker and his wife. Best tacos ever!!! Three flour tortillas stuffed each with a cup or more of seasoned pork! Seriously the best pork tacos I have ever had, nojoke. Couldn't stop thinking about them so I went back for lunch the next day and ordered them again. What a disappointment. This time they were loaded with fat. They were still good, though ????. Don't know who was in the kitchen but you need to gofor dinner if you want the great Tacos. Also, add your rice to your Charro Beans along with your onions, cilantro, and pico degallo. Good stuff. Both times the service was awesome and staff was very attentive. Say hello to the lunch chef for me but;if you go for dinner, tip the dinner chef for me.

Service is always good and food is even better! Large portions and the steak is soooo tender (highly recommended).

Absolutely loved this place. All the reviews lead me to this place. Awesome atmosphere with live band, quite loud in there but very enjoyable. Staff are super helpful and attentive. Food was spectacular. I can't wait to visit here again.

I am not a big fan of Mexican food based on my limited experience of chain food Restaurants. I am so glad I visited this place to change my past experience. Friendly staff, albeit a bit of a Language barrier which I didn't mind as it added to the authenticity. The list of menu choices was mind boggling, large portions and great atmosphere!
