Food was cold but the service was good, lovely and friendly staff. Overall it was fine, I would like to try again in the near future. Drinks and cocktails ????

This restaurant was very disappointing from the start. I arrived and waited a few minutes before someone even noticed me. Then I told them I had a booking and they disappeared for another few minutes looking lost, then finally another person asked me for my booking name and we were seated. The host or waitress also was not welcoming and looked like she didn’t want to be there which made me feel uncomfortable. Food was decent except for the pizza as it came out burnt. All I could taste was burnt pizza, it was very unpleasant. I don’t normally send food back but this was not edible. Another waiter who was very kind apologised and got us a new one which was much better! The spritz was delicious though. Overall my experience was just disappointing. It’s unfortunate when you go to a reputable company and the service you receive is poor. I think the first initial encounter is really important and sadly it was a complete zero on that part.
