Manor House - Alexandria Bay

This place is straight out of 1985, but it has beautiful views. The buffet was $11.95 and included scrambled eggs (that were surprisingly good for a buffet), bacon, sausage, muffins, pastries, cereal, toast, pancakes, and a bowl of real fruit (not the canned stuff in syrup). It did not have an omelette station. The service was top notch.

Attended a wedding. Service was really nice during service and at the bar. It was super pretty venue.

I’ve organized four fundraising events at Bonnie Castle, and my personal experience working with Angie and the team over the years has been fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I've dined at Bonnie Castle multiple times, and the food has always been excellent. I've also attended various events there and have had a wonderful experience every time.

We just got back from a two-day getaway without the kids. Before booking this hotel, I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical, but I soon realized that some guests expect a five-star experience at a two-star price. Sure, some areas are a bit dated—something you'd expect in an older building that has to endure New York winters—but overall, the staff was friendly, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular. My favorite aspect of the property was that, rather than just a typical parking lot, the grounds are expansive with views all around. I will definitely be returning in the future.
