I love going to arby because they'll get you in and out quickly. very efficient in the drive-thru order is always correct

There's really bad customer service and they ignore you when you ask. also they do not really serve hot food everything is cold. When they ask for hot eating, they are ignored and said they shouldn't talk to them a certain way after they keep ignoring you. they all lie when they ask for a manager. I don't know what was wrong with them. because I usually have a good experience when I go there. I won't go back if that's how they treat customers.
