Ok so since when does Carl's Jrs not sale biscuits and gravy ?? I'm extremely disappointed ????????????

If there was more stars then this location deserves more stars! Balbino his staff are so friendly welcoming. The food was some of the best Carl's JR I've had. This is my location if im in the mood for Carl's JR in the future. Thank you for yourkindness Balbino.

There were not many people who order and they took a long time for my eating like 12-15min

The fast food? the position is the slowest of them all. every time they go to the front to wait, then 20 minutes pass and nothing. Finally, after I went inside, I find out that they gave someone the food accidentally. So someone got their wrong food, they won't tell me, but keep me waiting instead.

I love carl? jr. but this must be the worst! ordering is always wrong I have paid for items that I have not received and when I call the answer is back. as if I'm home now, don't I come out? I went before two nights and ordered a shake when the dame gave me my shake, it looked extremely runny as if it was a because sat and no whip I never told her, and she said it came without whip and that? so she went away, another one and round two was worse! I wrote a photo! somehow it came partly full! and then I decided tonight for my children, and we ordered 4 big hamburger 2 with nothing but ketchup (simply) we? ll everyone came with just ketchup! I'm done I won? go somewhere else
