The Palette Food Court - Allahābād

The food court is one of the worst I had. It's not a better ambience or hygienic. The washroom is so unhygienic and stinky. The quality of food is also not pleasant. Doesn't fit the standard of the mall.

Food taste, ambience, service and hygiene everything is poor, except prices.. prices are quite high.. cockroaches are everywhere ,stale food, leaking coffee cup, stones in food!! Slow and loud staff.. Don't waste money and time here, better eat roadside food.

I wish i could give this place points in minus, i used to love this place, i was a regular customer, in fact i use to visit here every week, but once i went with my 4 years old nephew and my nephew was eating chips, we were tired and we were about to order, some stupid bearded guy turned us out , he said u r not suppose to eat outside food, this is ridiculous, a baby was eating a small chips packet, since then i have never visited that place, it is really cheap to do such thing..

Worst food ever I have tasted Very poor service and the restaurant is running because it is in Vinayak mall

Taste and environment is good, but they are just looting your hard earned money.
