Chick-fil-a - Allen

My daughter wanted to eat here and everything I ordered for me was a cup of tortilla soup. On the 1st they said they were from the soup and asked if I wanted to submit it with everything. I said no, thank you for making a refund, but I rewarded it. Then they cried that they had something and would put it in the bag, OK great. I'm going back to my hotel, open my soup and there was less than half a cup. I would rather have got a refund

Honestly I never go in here but many years ago did. The lines are mostly pretty fast, they never lack service I have never left without what I asked for because I check my bag before I leave...even so, only a couple times had to ask for something.Food: 5/5

I ordered a Door Dash order from here and they didn’t seal the bags so I have no idea if the food has been tampered with. I found a HAIR in the salad. And they didn’t put any of the sauces we ordered.

I ordered delivery from this Chick-fil-A, and they forgot half of my food. I filed a complaint with Chick-fil-A regarding the issue, as this is the third time I’ve had an issue with them. Chick-fil-A just responded to my inquiry letting me know there’s nothing they can do about it and to contact DoorDash about any delivery issues. The issue isn’t with the physically delivery, it is with the location not giving me the food that I paid for, which Door Dash can’t control, Chick-fil-A does. Utterly ridiculous.

My hometown, I love this place! Service is the best and they're always prompt with my order!
