Little Caesars Pizza - Allentown

Caution! I've visited Little Caesars many times and, although there have been long wait times, I've never encountered any issues—until tonight. I went to the store with my three kids, and my total came to just over $13. I handed over a $20 bill but only received coins in return, missing out on the $6 and some change that I should have received. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home because I was busy attending to my kids. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or if there's something dishonest happening, but please be vigilant and double-check your change!

I placed a large order for voluntary donations, which included 8 pizzas, and I even made the reservation three hours in advance. When I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that they were closed due to a government restriction on making pizzas related to carbon monoxide poisoning. However, I noticed that they were still inside. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but at the very least, they should have the courtesy to notify customers, especially since I had paid hours earlier. I will be requesting a refund.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the person who made my cheese pizza for me and my father on the 26th. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not, but you made the crust extra thick and gave it a unique shape. It was so much better than the usual way Little Caesars makes their pizzas! You should definitely consider making this a special pizza!

You didn't deserve this star. I ordered a pizza for my son today. And he never has the pizza. I can't go to the store to eat him. Since I've always worked. So I decided to order him food. And the food never came to him. It showed that the driver picked it up. But it wasn't delivered. And I'm still calling Caesar and nobody picks up the phone.

My online order said it was ready and I waited 15 minutes for bread sticks. It took 40 minutes to get a pizza and crazy bread. There are a lot of younger kids there. The girl at the register had an attitude. At their age, we had an older supervisor watching us. The food and prices make up for the lack in customer service.
