Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Got this new summer Tropical Flavor its super yumm. You can taste more the Guava and the Coconut. I can do without the ice cream next time. The Italian Ice was good by itself.

Icecream hella good asked for a large got a small tho.

Stopped in yesterday and was very disappointed that my ice was chunky and full of white ice crystals. Are the Team Members no longer trained in the importance of serving a quality product and answering honestly. I wouldn't bother to comment if this was the first time, but it isn't, or even the second or third. As a former Rita's franchisee I love all of the flavors. But there's nothing that ruins the experience like chunky ice.

Unhelpful teenage workers are unhelpful. I only order Rita's about once every 5 years and was hoping that would be uneventful. I didn't realize that they don't put the water ice in the milk shakes instead of suggesting the misto shake the teen behind the counter just said we don't put ice in the milk shakes. I got flustered by basically being put on the spot and order a water ice which apparently doesn't come in a medium. So I can wait to visit this particular Rita's in another 5 years when they have replaced the workers with touch screens and robots.
