Maybe I should give another star but I do always wish for something else or new when I finally come back to a DQ. Love the Flamethrower and a chili cheese from time to time, but the blizzards are where it's at. With where prices are in the market, I'd much rather use this as a sparse treat and make a home styled version of this instead the reward is greater when there's a process in which you can involve your community of loved ones rather than simply consuming. Now don't get me wrong, this location has been a traditional gathering location for my extended family when we all get together and for that convenience, it's great.

I came in Tuesday to order a cake for my daughter's birthday party on Sunday, I was told that it would be no problem and they would have it ready. Not only did the not have it ready, they called Friday morning to say they couldn't even make the cake.... talk about completely last minute warning. My wife ran around all day Friday trying to find someone who could decorate the cake after we told them well just buy a blank sheet cake from them. We got everything ready with a cake decorator and went to pick up the blank cake..... it had a hair in the ice-cream when we went to get it. I've never had this kind of headache with any other dairy queen in the area, clearly i made a mistake ordering a cake from this one. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time.
