Poor to zero service. The chief/manager finally came to our table as the waitress could not answer our questions (when she finally got off the phone. That was nice of him (after 5-10 minutes . The food was ok.

Eating was particularly good. our trip to almaty has been extra special because of the delicious food. the chef is from delhi with experience in the taj palace delhi and the hyatt dubai. we had the windshield pakodas and hara bhara kebabs followed by windshield lababdar and tadka daal. have not eaten so delicious. id recommend eating very much.
