Loom Bistro - Almonte

Another fine dining experience. All the dishes our party ordered were timed perfectly. The layers of flavours were well thought out. Was so happy to get out and enjoy it during this pandemic.

The setting is very scenic (not to mention, historic) and the food is fabulous although portions are on the skimpy side. I ordered the fish tacos and was presented with 2 small tacos I could have easily eaten at least 3. Friendly staff. I would recommend trying this place but eat a little something beforehand.

Such an adorable place. It's so intimate and has lovely charm. The food was great. I was a little disappointed by the wine selection, but besides that five stars!

The setting of this place is awesome, all tables outside near the water front.Service and food excellent. Highly recommend the Taco night. Nothing Mexican, just the soft round shell, filled with either shredded meat, chicken or shrimp. Amazing!

I was at the Loom with my family for a truly memorable dinner. I had the Short ribs and they were absolutely amazing. My wife, being Celiac requires true gluten free. This was accommodated with ease. The young lady serving us was lovely, knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. The environment is absolutely beautiful emanating of quality craftsmanship from yesteryear not to mention this is all on the shores of the beautiful Mississippi river. Highly recommend.
