Chili's Grill & Bar - Alpharetta

Came to the first time since we were in the opposite and wanted every kind of food we could find near. determined to stop in this chilis situation near north point mall and I regret it. As soon as I saw the entrance of the restaurant, I could say that this place was a chaos. the front doors are extremely dirty and disgusting. I almost went out of the ground. if the entrance doors are visible dirty, I don't even want to know how dirty their kitchen and other things are. as soon as they walk in it, it smells disgusting like a terrible rotten food smell. this place is also short personal and I felt very bad to see our waiter, the a whole series of tables had all of itself. the manager even worked as a regular worker because there were not enough workers. the people who worked here seemed to have worked very hard and I wouldn't blame them if they stopped. very disgusting. the table next to us was dirty from the previous people filled with müll and it was not cleaned until after we wanted. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. I felt bad after eating here.

We had the worst experience trying to have dinner in here tonight. The host, Malacai, told us that the wait was 30-40 minutes when we walked in and we asked to be placed on the waitlist. After 45 minutes of not receiving a text, we walked back inside to where he proceeded to tell us that he wasn’t allowed to seat anyone anymore. We asked why we didn’t receive a text and he admitted that he didn’t even take our number down. We asked to speak to the manager, to which when the host walked back from the kitchen, he said “uhhhh he’s kind of busy right now and I don’t know what to tell you”. Needless to say, we went to another location and were seated right away. If you’re looking for a Chili’s with great service, this one may miss the mark.

My coworkers and I love ordering food from here. Their food is good; big portion size with great price.

Tried to get a party of 3 seated tonight and was turned away. They had some skinny goofball running the host station. Even though there was plenty of seating he seemed confused, lost, and was unable to communicate in spoken language. This location just needs to go ahead and close down like the other one on windward.

Our group of 6-10 ladies have always loved Chili's and we come here each month for the amazing quesadilla explosion salad. HOWEVER, today it was awful! When we complained to the manager, we were told that corporate changed the marinade. I guess our group will not return until that horrible mistake is rectified.Our server was excellent, though.
