Taco Bell - Alpharetta

Taco Bell is one of those places that you either love or hate, right? I visited on a Tuesday night, and I have to say, the staff were amazing. I noticed them cleaning constantly throughout our time there. They were friendly and courteous towards the customers, maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere—even when we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was refreshing to see such professionalism, especially in a quieter setting where it can be tempting for some to raise their voices. Overall, a great experience!

The dame that the drive through was very nice and polite and eating was done right and was really good. Saturday evening 11th juni. Most taco Bell staff felt like I was rude to show up so it was refreshing. Give him an increase!

Not here! Public health services in Georgia have been informed and examined and cooperated. the taco belle location that I report is 10850 haynes bridge rd, alpharetta, ga 30022 I spent $50 for two people, I gave clear instructions in the inner through the kiosk of what I did and did not want. it took 35 minutes to get my food, I saw five different families with 3-6 people in each family vacation and choose to eat something else because not getting any service from the staff. if they are not serviced and underoccupied, the doors must be locked to this place. after receiving my food, the Mexican woman worker processed to make a side comment, say: “You are welcome” .. she did this because I did not say thank you. I pay $50 for two people to eat taco bell, I waited 30 minutes for my eating and I am not grateful for any kind of service. When I confronted the woman about her service, the black manager intervened, I introduced him, asked how long he worked, then he wanted to scream that he was the manager. what kind of manager treats the customer on this wise? he called me shaking, called me ugly and threatened me. this man you work as manager is the same man I saw that had wrapped a domestic mask around his face, this mask was literally just a t-shirt and his sweat and his dreads were dripping into the folk food. that is not only unobtrusive, but absolutely ridiculous.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. I waited for almost an hour without anything to eat. The cooks and staff in the back were chatting and watching without wearing gloves. When someone asked about the orders, they were completely ignored. There was also a sign at the ordering station saying they didn’t have any carbonated drinks, yet after we placed our order, we were told that carbonated drinks were available. This level of carelessness towards customers is a disaster for any business.

Wait 45 minutes to order food. I'm stupid to stick it to the car line. I'll never be back. other almost foods restaurants are a better alternative.
