Fred's is great. I've had everything from the quarter pounder burger combo to the Philly cheesesteak sandwich combo. If you're up here in Alpine, do yourself a favor. Stop by Fred's, you'll be glad you did!

Fred's burger is an Alpine institution. Have the burger or double burger, some of the other items on the menu are not great, but the burgers are like In n Out only better in my opinion. Fries and onion rings are excellent. The hours can be spotty at times, but if your driving through and want to get a burger like they were made in the 50s and 60s, this is the place.

Great 1950's old style burgers and fries. No Mcburgers here!! Well worth swinging by!
