Nori Sushi Grill - Alpine

We had a fantastic meal. All dishes were delicious, they create it, a simple green salad exquisite with a dressing that is fantastic. The nigger melts in your mouth, the quality of the fish is incredible. The atmosphere is cool, but friendly and welcoming also for families. I would highly recommend this place.

Appetizers: 5 stars more detailed reviews below. Crispy rice one of the best I’ve had! Fish was very very fresh and the rice was perfectly crispy Sake tartar (salmon tartar) excellent fish was fresh Edamame traditional , same as you’d get at a normal sushi spot Lamb chops perfectly cooked, well flavored. It sat atop of sweet potato mashed which I enjoyed! Tiger shrimp tempura good size shrimp, good breading, perfectly fried Blue ribbon chicken wings super yummy. If you don’t get this as an entree, worth getting an app size Wild Mushroom Roast very good, flavorful. Mushrooms aren’t my fav but they were a hit with the rest of the table! Oxtail Miso very very good, flavorful broth. Didn’t get a chance to try the oxtail ramen, but suspect it’s delicious Entrees: 4.5 stars. Sushi 4 stars very good sushi but 4 stars given the price point. very good selection and variety of fishes/cuts. Fried chicken 4.5 stars super delicious (app and entree). Def a must have if you’re a fried chicken lover. expensive for fried chicken but worth it if you’re there Oxtail fried rice 5 stars delicious, flavorful, highly recommend Desserts: 5 stars Green tea crème brûlée delicious! Oxtail fried rice, chicken wings. Definitely a must try. Overall, a really solid Japanese restaurant with fresh sushi and amazing dishes. Been here several times and I always get the oxtail fried rice

Blue Ribbon was fantastic! Inside a hotel lobby which wasn’t clear to me…fun adventure to find! The inside is very nice with a lot of seating, including small enclosed rooms, open tables and my favorites, the sushi bar way in the back. This place is FAST! And GOOD! I found the fish to be fresh and plentiful. Otoro and Uni were my favs, but the 7 color roll won my vote for best variety! Definitely gets my Go There vote! #gotheretastethat #blueribbonsushi #sushi

We love the sushi here and be sure to try the fried chicken with honey dipping sauce. I realize that fried chicken is odd for a sushi place, but this is the best ever. She loves this joint because it has a lot of cooked foods and I LOVE their sushi. Very reasonably priced especially the chef 's selections that come with 7 or 10 pieces of sushi plus a roll of tuna or California roll. We love their white sauce as well which is sesame mayo. Yummy. Fried rice with an soft boiled egg on top is great too but it is a LOT of fired rice. Same with the soup bowls. They are huge but really good. The salmon tartare is very good but it is almost purrered. Some do prefer chunks of salmon, but I like it either way. Check out all of our reviews.
