The staff was excellent, very nice and welcoming. I took my nieces to their pool and they brought out balls for them to play with, I needed a late check out and they accommodated me with that.The location is great, lots of food, grocery stores, shopping centers and fun.Yet, the room was dirty, my wife checked under the bed, bc we inspect anywhere we go and she found a pair of underwear, there was holes in the sheets and towels, and stains in the bed. I stayed here years ago with friends and we didn’t run into these problems but I though covid would make companies more adamant on cleanliness.

Great place to stay and rest. That cookie is always hot and fresh. Breakfast at the restaurant is quick and easy. I just didn't like the pillows, if I have any negative.Rooms: 4/5

The restaurant is in a great location, however, the staff was rude. The hotel is in need of an update as our room was dirty and worn. When I arrived, I asked the front desk about my reservation and was told they didn't have it. I then asked if they had a room available for a two-day stay. When I received my bill, I was charged $190 a day for three days. When I inquired about the extra day, I was told it wouldn't be charged to my account. However, it was, and they explained it was for the day before I arrived, indicating they had made a mistake with the reservation date. They misled me twice.

We also ran out of towels and despite calling the front desk multiple times, they never brought any to our room. I had to walk all the way to the front desk on the 5th floor, only to be told that they needed to call housekeeping for towels. Frustrated, I insisted that I could just take them myself, but still did not receive any. On the way back up, I encountered a lady cleaning rooms who finally provided me with towels. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others, as they also mistreated other members of my group.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The lobby was impressive, and it was clear that the hotel often hosts meetings, parties, and events. The hotel was impeccably clean thanks to their attentive staff. Our room was sparkling clean and equipped with a nice TV. We appreciated the mini fridge in our room, which kept our drinks and leftover food cool. The pool was a perfect temperature and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. Despite its proximity to I-294, the building was soundproofed, so we couldn't hear any highway noise. There was ample parking in a well-lit lot. As locals, this was a relaxing night away for us, and we will definitely be returning.
