Cuban Sandwiches On The Run

We shared a chicken empanada and a Papa Rellena. My partner opted for a traditional Cuban sandwich, while I went for the Medianoche, which features the same ingredients on classic sweet bread. We also enjoyed red beans and rice topped with freshly chopped white onions—absolutely essential! Without going into intricate details about each dish: everything was perfect. The Papa Rellena was spot on, both of our sandwiches were exceptional, and the beans and rice were the ultimate comfort food. The empanada was a bit bland, but that might have been overshadowed by how delicious everything else was. Plus, it was nice to add some hot sauce for an extra kick! We will definitely return the next time we find ourselves in the Altamonte area. I'm secretly looking for reasons to go back sooner rather than later!

I use to order food from here about 16 years ago when I work at Home Depot over the street and we knew to order 1 hour before us because they were so busy. We always loved eating there and all of us girls would order together for free delivery. It was a while since I had ordered from here, and the food is still fabulous, there is a little waiting, but there is no hurry big food. The lady in the register I don't remember her name is very nice. I was back a few times, and the food reminds me if I lived in Miami and cook my neighbors. Pastelitos are really good.

There is something about how a warm welcome and a beautiful smile can make good food great. small local joint with delicious food at great prices. The weather you are looking for to quickly fix or something to fill you thoroughly, this should go your Altmont area to cuchifrito. Cuban Sandwiches, Pastelillos (Empanadas / roasted dough filled with pork / chicken / beef), rellenos de papa (Spanish version of a stuffed potato croquettes), pernil, shredded beef, quesitos (cheese pastries), flan.... all major decisions.

I had some Cuban sandwiches and beans and rice, take-out, from here. I wasn't particularly impressed, but they were good.
