Santiago's Bodega Altamonte Springs

We absolutely adore this place. The food is always delicious and we enjoy sharing and trying different dishes. The service is excellent and it's a perfect spot for a romantic date night.

I highly recommend this restaurant! Expect to order multiple dishes and do some sharing, unless dining alone. The beef short ribs are my top pick and should be yours too.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. While I love the food and the ambiance, the bartenders here are some of the worst I have ever encountered. It is unacceptable that the managers have entrusted such an important role to inexperienced individuals. The service is poor, with the bartenders showing little interest in taking orders and a lack of enthusiasm. The restaurant manager needs to address this issue and hire more capable bartenders before the reputation of the establishment suffers.

Love it here, clean, classy yet casual. Great food and drinks and great staff.
