I have been to this restaurant multiple times. Every time I am disappointed. I always order through the McDonald's App, because if I don't then my order is wrong. I have ordered table service multiple times and every time I have to go get my food from the counter. I do not have that issue in other locations. I have used the the self Service ordering system and still have to collect my own food. Most of the time the employees are standing around talking to each other and using their cellphones instead of helping the customers.

The black haired, freckle faced manager is a miserable you know what. My food was cold and the lobby was disgusting and after bringing it to her attention she tried to berate me before storming off to the back of the store. Very childish behavior from someone who seems to be in their mid 30s Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
