Aj's Steakhouse - Altoona

The food was excellent, and I believe Texas Roadhouse provides the same quality for half the price. However, we had a lengthy wait, which was quite frustrating, especially since a group of five who arrived after us was served before us, even though they only ordered one entrée.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely top-notch, deserving of a perfect 5-star rating. Every dish was skillfully prepared and packed with flavor. The service was just as commendable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and well looked after during our meal. The atmosphere was remarkable, providing a warm and inviting setting that added to our overall enjoyment. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for dinner!

I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and although the service was exceptional, the food was quite disappointing. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing quick service with a smile, which really enhanced the overall experience. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, creating a comfortable environment for dining. However, the food did not live up to expectations. Given the price range of $30–50 per person, I was anticipating a more enjoyable culinary experience. In summary, while the service was outstanding, the poor quality of the food makes it difficult for me to recommend this establishment.
