Hotel Malabar - alubha

All I can say is this is the best place to have beef roast and parotta whenever you travel to this side of town. With good parking and really really cheap rates and a fabulous quick service this is a must visit restaurant.

In Kerala, if you crave for coastal sea food, they do it one of the best! The place although rustic offers good food, especially sea food. Right off the Airport road.

Last day in kerala and we hop by to this place for our last lunch before we head out home. The hotel is located on the airport road and is a bit crowded. Food was as authentic as it was tasty but a bit high on spice. Finished off our meal with a yummy sharjah shake. Over all a nice place to cool those hunger pangs.

Stopped by on route to our airport hotel and was so impressed by their food and prompt service. They have AC restaurant and non AC with slightly different prices, we were happy in non AC as so used to the lovely heat in Indian by now. Food was delicious, an authentic, we especially loved the freshly prepared appams and parota. The curries were all fantastic and had lots of individual flavour. Our meal was finished off with a really nice sharjah shake which they happily made sugarfree for us on request.
