Mcdonald's - Alvarado

Watched a cook flip off a 12 year old kid because they messed up his order. Waited over 40 minutes for cold food. Front of counter fell down and smashed my toe. Ladder behind register fell and glass flew everywhere. I wish I was making this up . They were handing out more refunds than they were food. Received notification to do a review a couple of days after my visit and decided to give 5 stars just for the circumstances. I was traveling north to drop off the kiddo at college for the start of her freshman year in 110 degree weather this was a halfway point. I usually order the Big Mac and have always finished my meal with a statement to the effect that my Big Mac really was awful. My husband asked me how it was and surprisingly it was the best Big Mac I had eaten in about 20 years— bun was puffy, ingredients fresh and it looked like a good sized burger my kiddo didn’t care for the chicken nuggets, she’s a Chick-fil-A connoisseur all the way, and my husband’s meal was average. The staff was loud and always yelling, but not in a hostile manner. But this is not about that, it’s about that Big Mac , on a day that was bittersweet to me, I believe I will always remember what I ate at this McDonald’s,just like the awesome meal on my trip to Italy, or what I ate before I got married this Big Mac made me happy Enjoy and safe travels! I'm would be better if I actually got all the food I ordered and paid for. Seems like they always forget something. Makes the third time this month.... just double check. I don't think that's asking too much Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
