The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but the lower sections are well-designed and organized. It may seem overwhelming at first, but don’t let that deter you.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff will take care of your order. I always go in and my visit is always pleasant and the subs are unsurpassed!!

I requested my meal without pickles, but instead, I received extra pickles. Additionally, I asked for extra grilled toppings and didn't get any. Out of all the chip options available, only one was actually in stock, and there were six empty drink options to choose from. Is this place managed by someone who doesn't care? I’ve done some research and found that the company’s apologies don’t seem genuine; clearly, the franchise owner isn't interested in addressing the issues. I filled out their survey and reached out through their contact form, but there has been no response. The manager appears to struggle with anticipating and resolving problems as they arise. The issues I encountered go beyond simple oversight; they indicate a deeper systemic issue within the establishment.

Service was good and was treated with respect. Came to try a certain sandwich and they were from that particular meat. They were also made from several other meats and cheeses. My backup option was great.

This place may take a bit to make a great sandwich but the employees provide a wonderful conversation every time I have been there. The wait is worth the sandwich.
