The customer service at this restaurant is always exceptional. The staff takes orders accurately and ensures a pleasant dining experience.

We decided to go to KFC, but they were out of white meat. We had to wait for 10 minutes while they prepared something. The portions were very small and the food was not cooked properly. It was very disappointing. We wonder why they are still closed for dine-in when Covid restrictions are not in place in Texas. Many other restaurants are open and bustling. Just curious.

I had to wait a bit, but I can't complain. The food was hot and fresh! Plus, the staff were extremely friendly and attended to me right away.

Good and fast service remember to work here they improve alot on this location

Kentucky fried Chicken in Alvin Texas the story is filthy the employees have no training with customer they don't realize without a customer they will close down and I hope they do thank you I'll never go back
