Arby's - Amarillo

I ordered from Grubhub and had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. The restaurant did not have anything I wanted and they did not answer my phone calls when I tried to speak with a manager. The food was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. I suggest saving your money and going somewhere else.

The only thing I found bad was the fact that there's a few items that a customer cannot change they have to serve it the way they want it not according to the way the customer would like to have it this to me is absurd it should be the customers way no matter how you want to look at it they're the ones putting the money in your pocket we can go elsewhere that can give us twice of what we're getting in comparison to what your store offers

I always get cold fries and sandwiches that have been sitting for hours ... 7 p.m. should be a time to get fresh fast food ... this is one of my favorite places to get fast food and 80% of the time I am not satisfied with this location on western street

The food is actually good when I can get to it the store is closed half of the time I go to it and tonight was the final straw I got shoo'ed away by an employee at 7 pm, if they don't want to work maybe they shouldn't have jobs
