Punjabi Rasoi - Ambāla

The restaurant has a mediocre appearance both inside and out. We ordered Kadai paneer and chapatis, which were delicious. I would definitely recommend the food. The restaurant does not have any facilities, so don't expect any. They charge extra for card payments, so be prepared to pay in cash. The prices are on the higher side. Overall, Kasauli seems to be a bit expensive for dining out.

We went for lunch and were served stale chicken that had a bad smell. We were still charged for it and the staff had a pathetic attitude. Do not recommend going to this restaurant.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The owner was extremely rude and arrogant. It is clear that he is the one running the establishment, but he does not know how to treat his customers with respect. He even mentioned that his place is not for everyone to use the facilities. Despite wanting to enjoy some tea and snacks, his unfriendly and arrogant demeanor closed off any opportunity for a pleasant experience.

I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Owner himself was so rude and arrogant in his approach. I must share that he is running the hotel but doesn't know how to welcome the guests. Owner mentioned it's not a "COMMON PLACE" to use facilities. Though we like to have tea and snacks but he close the sales opportunity by his unfriendly and arrogant approach.
