Good taste of food fair price... Honey prawn, whole coconut, etc... I chose the gazebo with lesehan concept, more relax with the padi field view fish pond... Very good choice for family, especially with young children. You can do fishing too.

Beautiful fish restaurant and retreat outside the university town Salatiga in central Jawa. Very calm and beautiful environment, friendly service (as practically anywhere in Indonesia, in fact). Food is also nice, fried or baked fish, Tempe, salad, cracker, many other options, drinks, coffee (only Indonesian, not espresso). The fish can be observed nicely in the pond under the tables. There no chairs, but traditional low tables and some soft cushions to sit on or you may sit on the hard flooring. Overall very authentic and a reasonable price, especially for the western traveller. (Fed 5 abundantly with drinks for under 500rb or <40 usd)
