Írjon visszajelzéstProbably the worst experience I've had with any restaurant in the area based solely off of the food and cost. We ordered via door dash. The duck bao buns we got had minimal duck which was primarily fat and both the meat and bun we're incredibly dry and virtually flavorless. The 3 dollar side of pickled carrots and daikon came in a to go cup that was under 2 ounces and was primarily carrot, virtually no daikon to be found and was poorly pickled. The pho I ordered was definitely the worst I have had period. Virtually no meat (which comprised about a third of the description) the meat I got was nearly flavorless. The broth was lukewarm and tasted mostly of jalapeno. Not very savory in any way and completely one dimensional. Additionally the cost for all of this versus what I got equated to a nearly 40 dollar snack before dinner. Next time I'll be going to Gabby's on Main Street in Ambler where I can spend less money get twice the food and the food I get will actually taste like something.
Yesterday was my second time ordering food here and I'm so happy I remembered how delicious it was the first time. I'd tried it out a few weeks ago when I needed enough food for 5 people and we all loved it! Bao buns are soo good, the avocado fries, the pulled pork tacos! I put the mango salsa on my tacos, which is delicious with the wonton chips alone (also bangin and slightly sweet BTW). Lastly, I personally don't like when my mouth is on fire, but I do like some kick, so the spicy items having the perfect amount of heat and flavor is a treat to find. Thank you to the staff who work so hard, without enough help or nearly enough appreciation!!
This place is great! To start, even by searching for the menu, their children's names are scary! Each component of their Banh Mi sandwiches has been made perfection. I had the Al Banhmi (Bef) and the fried chicken Banhmi with Gochujang sauce. The beef was delicate and tasteful and the roasted chicken was crispy, hot and tender. The planted daikon, carrot and cilantro were quite standard when it comes to Banh Mi but the bread! The Bread. I had a lot of Banh Mi where the bread is good, but this bread is tasteful, crispy and really adds to the bite of the sandwich. They even make their own homemade iced teas that combine perfectly with their sandwiches! I had the lemongrass ginger tea and it was so good with the meal. If you are not a sandwich, they also do salads and bowls. Your customer service was also very nice and gave solid recommendations during the order. This is a really nice Vietnamese fusion point to which I will definitely return!
I have 20 wings that were 10 garlic soup and the other 10 hot. I think garlic son was better. Hot was okay, but probably it won't try again hot. That's the second time, and it wasn't as good as the first time. For the first time the wings were super crispy, even after 30 minutes, the time it needed to bring it home (though there were 5 stars). Second time, wings came a little soggy and taste was simply not the same (if there were 3 stars). Have 4 stars on average 2 times. Mrs and I are discussing whether we want to try again in the future.
Amazing bahn mi Sandwiches! Fire Fries are painfully delicious!
