Sweet Briar Café is wonderful. Their mission is in keeping with farm to table is spot on. The owners and staff are courteous and engaging. Thank you for being one of the jewels of Ambler.
Love this little place! The food is excellent! Their chef is wonderful!
Their focus on quality, local ingredients is validated and appreciated in every bite. I'm struggling to think of anyone who comes close to making as good a hollandaise sauce. The excellent work done in the kitchen is smartly complimented by friendly and eager to please staff out front.
