Salt At The Ritz-carlton

I had a salad and the lobster. Both were very good, but a relatively small part of the lobster for the price. I got the choice of champagne, bottle or filtered water. I chose filtered, but it tasted like the terrible tap water here.

Return after an amazing first experience. This visit started at the bar with Brandon. Brandon was amazing, committed and set the sound for a great night. The host and service team did it! The menu....Wife and I agreed that the chef would prove his expertise and take over his ego on the menu. The steak was perfect! The oysters was okay. The cooks paired sides with the steak was a failure and again for a beach Ritz Carlton Resort was a failure. I say that because the last visit in 2021 was excellent. Sushi and drinks in the lobby bar at night before our SALT experience. To summarize SALT. The staff, service and ambience were excellent. The steak was good and the Basklava dessert nailed it. The rest of the menu should give the cook something to tell his friends.

Had eaten on Friday, March 10 in Salt. The service and the food were excellent. There are small things that the restaurant does (you have to go to find out) that makes the restaurant special and a step over the rest. We had a wonderful culinary experience. Very recommended.

Only a wonderful atmosphere, excellent food and great service!

Food and service were outstanding! The lobster and dover sole were delicious and our waitress, Ava was fantastic!
