Papa Johns Pizza - American Fork

This location is horrible! We placed an online order for delivery. I marked contactless delivery and wrote please do not knock leave at door. When it arrived the driver started knocking, and when we weren't at the door in about 15 seconds they startedknocking again. This time he didn't stop. They brought the wrong item and so I called the store. They were totally worthless.They tried to make it my fault. Saying that's what I must have ordered, except the order is printed on the label. She was likeidk, but if someone can switch it out we will. It's been 45 minute's. My guess is we are stuck with something we can't use. Wewill not order from here again.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I ordered 12 items for my sons 3rd birthday party. We didn?t get half our order and I could leave my sons party. When I called the store the manager said you can come pick them up. I told her I couldn?t she said?it?s not our problem? and I could just get a refund.

I always receive excellent service at this restaurant! Every pizza I've tried here has been delicious and fresh. The staff puts in a lot of effort to prepare orders promptly and are always eager to help resolve any issues that may arise.

My pizza arrived an hour and three minutes late and was cold when it finally got here. Every time I called to inquire about my order, I was put on hold and no one picked up. I ended up driving to the restaurant, where I saw them completely ignoring the phone. My husband stayed home in case they called. According to him, the driver didn’t say a word, just dropped off the pizza and left. I will never order from this place again.

We often order delivery, but half the time the garlic breadsticks arrive burnt. My kids refuse to eat them, which feels like money down the drain. I'm fed up with this issue. It looks like you’re losing a regular customer who frequently orders breadsticks. We’ll be looking for another option.
