Great food. One of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've had. Price not much higher than other chicken sandwiches but quality of it is worth in my opinion. They've had some confusion on some online deals they've offered (managers or shift supervisor didn't know much about it even though they had online agreements signed by their specific store, so maybe just poor communication). Facility isn't always the cleanest but they are busy most of the time so I get it may not be the easiest to keep super clean all the time.

Food was pretty good, but it cost me and my husband $42 to eat there. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, I believe he had a pastrami sandwich. We shared a regular fry. If we hadn't gotten the shakes, it would have been about $14 less, which would have put it more into the range of what I would expect to pay at a fast service restaurant, so skip the shakes, they don't have a wide selection and they're really not worth it.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Arrived at the time I had requested for the order to be ready and checked in with the link in the email. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order the definition of CURBSIDE right? Finally gave up and went inside to get my order. Employees behind the counter acted like they had no idea what a curbside order was and clearly they had no intention of bringing it out. No apology, no acknowledgment that they should have brought it out curbside, nothing. Food was cold due to the order sitting for so long, no napkins in the bag, and two of the sauces that I paid for were missing. Very poor service.

The food, tastes really good. The workers are rude and make you feel uncomfortable if they do not understand your order(none of them speak English well I saw several of the workers wiping their noses with their gloves and then continue cooking with that gloved hand. The environment was very loud and no one could hear anything or enjoy their meal. The way it is presented environment and staff wise is more like an upscale McDonalds. But the food, at least the chicken pastrami sandwich I had, was very very good. :
