Taco Bell - American Fork

Colton, the young man who took my order, did an outstanding job! He was quick, friendly, and professional, and my food came out in no time. I'm really pleased with the service! Thank you so much for being so positive, even while working at Taco Bell – life can be tough for everyone, but it's great to see that attitude. You made my challenging night a lot easier!

I ordered two Mexican pizzas as they make for a great appetizer, and having two turns it into a proper meal. The drive-thru was a bit slower than I would have liked, but considering the number of cars waiting (inside dining is closed due to COVID), the wait wasn't too bad. The employee who took my order was clear and efficient. When I reached the payment window, the staff member was wearing gloves and a mask and was careful not to touch my credit card, allowing me to hand it to them directly. When I received my order, the bag was sealed with a sticker, and everything was correct. I don't visit Taco Bell very often as an adult, but whenever I get a craving for a Mexican pizza, this will definitely be my go-to location!
