Cafe Banchetti - Amherst

This review is about the summer concert series held at the Grove. The setup includes chairs and tables under tents, with grilled food available. Drinks are also served, but it's a cash bar only (credit cards accepted for food). Indoor bathrooms are available, but the stalls don't lock, leading to some amusing moments. The venue was well lit, though the sound system was a bit fuzzy on vocals. Despite this, it was a fun night overall. I recommend avoiding the VIP seats, as they offer a limited view and are not covered by a tent. A side note about the banquet center: at a previous event, the staff disposed of our leftover food and cake without checking with us, resulting in us losing what we had paid for. Be sure to clarify in advance if you want to keep any leftover items.

I recently visited a funeral breakfast and was very disappointed by banchettis. the cutlery was mismatched and in the regrettable condition the tellers were wet and about 50% dirty. that was hardly to eat. even the rollers were stabbed. the sole waitress could not leave with the maintenance of the room that many guests leave without going. I have visited many, many events in banchettis over the years and cannot believe how their standards have slipped. the pandemic has allowed companies to undermine, but standards do not have to change either. I'm not sure I'm coming back.

The desserts were delicious, but the brunch was a bit chaotic and loud due to the exposed metal roof and lack of sound insulation in the packed banquet hall. The servers were very enthusiastic, attentive, and friendly. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. The adult drinks were a bit pricey, in my opinion. The final bill needed to be adjusted to account for the cash payment made in advance. Overall, as a guest at a party, I thought it was okay. It's important to note that holiday buffets may not be the best representation of the restaurant. Some may have a different experience.

I was embarrassed to bring my mother to brunch at this restaurant. Everything was cold and disgusting. I can't imagine what my mother thought, but she was friendly because she's my mother. We had to ask to be seated closer to the exit because she couldn't walk far. We ended up having to go home and eat again because the food was not worth the price we paid. I had thought it would be amazing, but it was actually the opposite.

Mother's brunch all over boiled and cold to warm up the food was tasteless and it was as if they went to the dollar store to get there products the personal was great the owner went with a look around his face as he knows that eating was bad, but only cares about the money as he went with a calculator the money he would have been to the low-class
