Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was decent, but my experience was marred by the staff member. They close at 10 PM, and I arrived at 9:15. I understand that it can be frustrating when someone comes in close to closing time, but arriving 45 minutes before isn't unreasonable. The young employee seemed quite irritated, as he huffed and puffed while preparing my sandwich. He could have handled the situation better. The food itself was just like any other Subway.
Currently, the service is outstanding. Everyone is polite, and orders are handled promptly and correctly. The restaurant can get a bit crowded, but it’s easy to get in and out quickly. Don’t skip the chips and drinks; even if they seem like something you could get at Walmart for less, it’s not worth the time and hassle to save a few bucks.
I walked in asking for a cup of tap water since it was over 90° and extremely humid. Unfortunately, the staff were unbelievably rude to me and my mom, and they refused to give us free water, insisting on charging a quarter instead. Frustrated, I decided to go to Starbucks, where the staff were kind and I received fresh, cold tap water without any issues. I definitely will not be returning to that Subway for any future purchases. Just for your information, I’ve been a loyal customer and have bought many subs from your restaurant, but that will no longer be the case.
I love subway ,a great alternative to fast food. We always go to the Delaware plaza location. The people are so nice and fast ,they keep the store so clean
The employees here don't seem to be properly trained on their sandwich formulas which isn't their fault , but it's a little frustrating paying for double meat on a sandwich and only being given the standard amount that I'm owed.
