Taco Bell - Amherst

Drive thru blocked for delivery for an hour. Sure I could have parked and went in but I didn't. I watched for a hour and went into the hotel and ate Boo Berry cereal instead.

Short and sweet answer for people browsing by: it's not worth it, if you like taco bell you really won't like this specific location.Extended cut: WOW. Been here a couple of times and have had a few different people give their opinions on it too. Not great lol. To any type of management that might see this, please get some new owners or managers to start actually running this place. I've worked in food service for a while now while also being in different types of service, so I can definitely tell the lack of care that's put in here. Both times I've actually gotten my order from here it's been missing at least one item, but on top of that the item is never fresh or made properly. If you've ever had the crunchwrap supreme you'd know there's a hard shell tortilla inside to keep the structure of the wrap, well when I was missing mine out of my order and went back in to grab what I paid for I was handed one off a warmer and sent on my way(no big deal). Come to find out that must've been premade or been sitting there for awhile because the hardshell tortilla was literally falling apart from being soggy, I'm pretty sure that takes awhile to get to that state. Not only that but my wrap itself was folded so poorly that the contents on the inside were falling out from the center, and stale. So not only do I think that 1. The managers do NOT care about quality but that 2. The food itself is old or about to go old. Look taco bell is my favorite chain which is sad that I have a favorite chain to begin with but I had to say something lol. Ive got plenty of other examples for this place being rough but hopefully some type of ownership changes and things turn around. Also unlock the front door! Like WHAT? Its been locked every time I've tried to come in and get the rest of my order ?

Aaron, our drive thru customer service specialist, was the most pleasant and helpful fast food employee we’ve ever met! He was friendly and jovial, and he made our late night run fun and happy! The food was beside the point. Aaron made our night! I hope we get him every time. I’d hire him in an instant.

This restaurant is the absolute worst. It is a complete disaster. I placed a grab and go order, but ended up having to wait in the drive-through line for 45 minutes. I really hope that Taco Bell shuts down this location instead of subjecting its customers to such terrible service.

We visited the drive-thru and encountered rude and unhelpful staff. In addition, my order was missing the cinnabon delights. Overall, I am disappointed with this Taco Bell.
