Tim Hortons - Amherst

Hubby and I stopped here for a quick iced coffee and donut on a hot day. The atmosphere is nice for sitting, staff were nice and quick and food was good. The only downside to this Tims is that they do not have a drive thru and parking was congested.

Brand new tim hortons. Amazing cafe-alike experience unlike other Tim Hortons. You can easily go there, grab a book and read peacefully. This location would be best for working on your laptop too. It was well maintained cleanliness-wise and the service was quick too. Restrooms were nicely maintained. No drove through though. You will have to walkin. Conveniently located near University Avenue. In short, if you are particularly looking for a Tim Hortons to study, relax or concentrate on work while having a sip of coffee, this can be your location.

This restaurant is a great place to grab a quick meal! It gets very busy around lunchtime, but you should still be able to find a seat. The only downside is that I found the food to be a bit bland compared to their other locations.

Today, I ordered a small cappuccino and a croissant at this restaurant. When my order arrived, the cappuccino was completely cold and undrinkable. I asked for a replacement and only received half a cup of cappuccino. The service was terrible and I will not be returning.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. I was made to wait outside and when I was finally let in, my London Fog was made with the wrong recipe. I was then asked to leave and not allowed to stay, even though there were empty tables available. This is not a student-friendly establishment. In terms of kid-friendliness, children are also made to wait outside and are asked to leave after receiving their order.
