Starbucks - Amman

Yesterday i went to get a iced small american usually its 2.5 jd .. the cashier charged me 2.80 i thought that the price went higher but when i went to receive it i heard the cahsier tells the other employee at the prep to add 2 shots of espresso to my iced coffee i didnt ask for it and i felt like i got robbed. Ps: when i received the coffee it didnt contained the espresso shots. This pattren is continuous at starbuck branches i dont know why !! . I have the bill with me

The taste is disgusting, a dirty place with bad odour and the toilet is not clean, I ordered a frappe and more than half of the cup is ice

Ordered two drinks to go, both of them were wrong. Vanilla ice shaken with sugar free vanilla syrup, my drink was without vanilla syrup at all.. The toilet was flooded with water, smelled so bad and was disgusting.

We’re in the middle of summer, too hot and AC is not working. VERY DISAPPOINTING

You should go if you want to study during your breaks because it’s really close to the university, best order is an iced americano with two pumps of white mocha no water.
