Mod Pizza - Ammon

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I went in the evening when it wasn't busy, but the place didn't seem particularly clean, and there were very few condiments available. The pizza was disappointing; it had no flavor at all. The sauce was not just bland, but it tasted almost like plain tomato sauce. The sausage seemed overcooked and resembled something that had been reheated too many times—it was really unappetizing. I won't be returning.

The food was delicious, but the atmosphere felt a bit lacking in energy. I would have appreciated greater attention to cleanliness as well. I really enjoy dining here, so I'm hoping for a more attentive environment during my next visit!

Over the past two years, we've witnessed a significant decline in this restaurant's performance across nearly every aspect, and it's particularly disappointing given that one of your competitors, Blaze, has gone out of business. The staff seems more focused on sneaking out to smoke than on serving customers. The meager amount of ingredients on the pizzas is a clear attempt to cut costs and boost profits, but in reality, you’re slowly driving your business into the ground one pizza at a time. The lack of attention to customer needs is truly disheartening, especially in the restaurant industry. This situation calls for more training—it's essential. Hire carefully, but don’t hesitate to let go of those who aren't contributing. You have the potential to turn this around, but it all starts with investing in training and bringing in quality staff.

Staff seemed very awkward and we had to approach them to order (nobody else was in line). I appreciate they have gluten-free pizza but it is nothing special. Lacked toppings and flavor. Wouldn’t go back.

Love MOD food. This time was quite unimpressed. Staff was acting quite lazy. I was there Saturday at 2:30p, it was quiet. All tables were empty and dirty, trash overflowing. Staff was chatting and staring at phones instead of cleaning up before dinner crowd. Needs some management help.
