Írjon visszajelzéstThis is a very relaxed café. The staff was extremely friendly and funny. We never wanted to serve, even though it was busy. The food is simple, but excellent. Best Rubin Sandwich I had ever made the upstater with homemade potato chips they were a little done about, but still pleasant. My husband and son had the steak sandwich and ran over it. All sandwiches were loaded with meat and punches and came with chips and a pimple. You can have frets for a small fee. They were also warm and gooey with cheese. It was obviously a hotspot for the area because it was very busy. They offer breakfast, but that holds around 10, I think. I highly recommend it. It was so good, we went back a few days later when we were in the area. It was great.
I stopped here for breakfast and had a pleasant experience. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable, although the service was a bit slow given that the restaurant was only about a third full. I ordered the Bulls Eye French Toast, which was quite good—definitely made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. However, they didn't have any desserts available; I think adding some homemade cakes or bread pudding would be a wonderful addition to the menu. Overall, I would definitely return and would recommend this place to others.
I ordered the banana walnut waffle with a side of bacon. The waffle was decent—slightly tough, but still one of the better ones I've had. The bacon was standard; it's hard to go wrong with bacon. The coffee was okay, but unfortunately, the waitress didn’t come by to ask if I wanted a refill. I'm not sure if that's their policy or just a lapse in service. I would consider returning, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.
My second time in Amsterdam, I come here sometimes for work and it 's the first time I 've been in town during breakfast hours. I 'm a truck driver from Toronto, Canada. finding a great meal for an equally reasonable price is often a challenge it seems especially considering the robbery that takes place at rest stops off the hwy. For any person passing through I would recommend this place. I had the hungry man with a side of toast and cup of coffee (with refills). Total including taxes was slightly over 11 bucks. Compare that to any chain fast food breakfast or 3 bucks for a large coffee at a hwy rest stop and I think you 'll be quite satisfied.
This is a lovely and inviting spot for breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistently delicious and served quickly. They also offer outdoor seating for those few beautiful days we have here!
