Nice heath food selection in a cozy space, packed full of both fresh, frozen and canned goods, the meat and fish selection is local producers so that was good as I like to support local, the gentleman at counter was friendly and helpful, will definitely go back again and again!

First time going there today and very surprised! I was on the look out for beef liver and they just so happened to get in their first order yesterday! The manager is extremely personable. I plan on shopping there a lot now!

Incredible variety of foods! There are delicious options available for all dietary restrictions—vegan, gluten-free, you name it! I find myself visiting this restaurant frequently, and I never want to leave! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu features dishes from smaller, often overlooked companies, and they're just as tasty, often healthier than the mainstream alternatives. They also offer homemade cakes, desserts, and pastries, and I can’t resist grabbing one every time! I absolutely love this place!
