The only reason I'm giving this place more than one star is because they are quick at preparing sandwiches. I ordered on February 28th and received a 6-inch sandwich instead of the 12-inch I paid for, and it came without onions or salt and pepper. I thought it might just have been a bad day for them, so I didn't write a review, even though the staff member I spoke to when I called about a refund was not very helpful. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a total of five footlongs and a flatbread. Again, the flatbread was completely rock hard, and I was missing toppings on the sandwiches. I’ve had enough; I will drive to Marion from now on instead of wasting my money here.

The sandwiches were just okay—pretty standard fare. My main frustration was that they don’t accept any coupons. Every other Subway I’ve visited has taken the coupons that come in the mail, but not this location. It seems like they aren't interested in attracting more customers. If they accepted the coupons, I would likely spend more and visit more frequently. This feels like a poor business decision.

Only 2 choices for bread, white or wheat. Ingredients put on sandwich seem to be getting less than other locations. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
