Arby's - Anchorage

Now. I have to give it to arbys, I had to drive my bike through the drive and they took my order and they had to do it with a hurry of hour. When I came to the witwe, it smiled on the faces and mine, they even doubled everything. so I could go safely..a great experience to do the lobby near ground damage..then my ladies and men. as

Potential health 9/29/22 at 1:54PM, I ordered a meal via Drive-Thru. when I go back to dinner, I swallowed a little sharp. I didn't think much of it and when I took another bite, I noticed a broken brotclip in the middle of my sandwiches. I returned to the restaurant with the half eaten sandwich, asked for a refund and explained why. After she showed the manager a picture, she told the two employees that they should see the same picture. of course they played stupid and apologise. the manager gave me my refund and apologized again while I tried to offer coupons. I went back and went after my refund. I started a pain in the neck of work not long after these hours later, my dear is hurt. I feel sick, so hopefully the broken brotclip will happen. accidents happen, but this is a sharp object in the food from someone and could be avoided. if a small child had eaten it, they could have ended up in the emergency room. I will ensure that this review is updated when I have more complications.

The assistant here was great. he was a hard worker and made her home as she came to the dining room. they keep it clean and tidy. only one of the best Arby’s I was on.

I 'm super bummed to be leaving this review. For one I know service industry is hard work and hate to not leave a 4 or 5 stars, but we were really frustrated with our visit. We placed an order online for pickup, and my partner went to pick it up with our sleeping 2 year old in her carseat, so he went through the drive through and the woman seemed to be having a not great day, and told him he had to go inside to pick up. So he wakes up our daughter and goes inside, and then they tell him it 's not even ready yet. So then he 's standing inside waiting with a half asleep 2 year old not sure how he is even going to carry the 3 drinks and 3 bags and her. And when he got back to our hotel we were missing multiple items like sauce, straws, napkins, and dessert that we included in our order. The items weren 't life or death obviously. And no one part was over the top bad, but the experience as whole was just disappointing. The instructions for pickup do say it 's possible to get your pickup order through drive through, and it would have been nice customer service if she had atleast let him know hey sorry your order isn 't ready yet and when it is you 'll have to pull around and come in . That to say we still love arbys just wish we had been able to have a better experience this time.

I must add arby’s to the higher level for fast eating in this city. her menu is definitiw tasty and leaves her just satisfied. they even have gyros and another chicken pack that is excellent. they really have a nice menu, I'm back to try more. excellent customer service. very recommended for fast eating.
