Írjon visszajelzéstI went to the one at the Dimond center near the ice rink. The service was good and didn?t take too long, however one lady with red hair working was not wearing her mask over her mouth and nose. Rather, had it under her chin which made me uneasy since she was preparing food. She did put the mask back on after a couple minutes but for the safety of others she should have it on at all times. Especially since she was working and preparing food.
The pretzels are delicious. The male employee who worked behind the counter this evening around 8:00 pm 7/29/19 however was very short and came of kind of rude as if he really didn't have time to be bothered with us. I was quite disappointed with the lack of customer service skills he had. Change the cashier.
Got Diarra 20 mins later. Not only that bad workers with an additude with lack of productivity no pretzel ready
I wasn’t greeted or attended to until I finally asked for help after waiting for a few minutes, even though there was no one else in line. It was only when I asked for assistance that one of the bakery staff pointed out to the cashier that she needed to pay more attention to what was happening around her. If the bakery staff saw me waiting, why didn’t she alert the cashier so that she would know I was right there? I noticed her rolling bread and looking up at us a couple of times, yet she never said a word until I expressed my frustration—then she decided to criticize the cashier in front of everyone. There’s clearly a lack of teamwork here, which is really frustrating for customers.
This fast food pretzel shop is fantastic! They refresh their dough and display case every 30 minutes, regardless of sales, and when you enjoy their pretzels hot, they're simply out of this world. Like anything, if you let them cool down, they lose some of their flavor, but if you eat them right away while they're still warm, they're the best you'll ever taste. I highly recommend you give them a try!
