Papa John's Pizza - Anchorage

I loved the custom order for a well done pepperoni pizza for $15.99.

I ordered a single large pizza. Over an hour later, nothing has been delivered, no phone call, no update on my order status. But when I call the store myself, I find out the driver went to the wrong address, canceled my order, never received a call from the driver or store. Manager was very careless about the situation. Very rude service, very upset cause that was dinner for my family and was looked forwards to all day.

Been waiting for my food for 3 hours now still haven’t got

Today is a great day because I will never have to call someone in India to place an order for a pizza from a location blocks away from my home. What an aggravation, it felt like a time-share scam. When I call to order a pizza I want to order it and hang up, not spend an exorbitant amount of time telling someone I don’t want anything else, but they keep going on and on trying to up-sale me.Papa Johns, your pizza isn’t that good to start with.I will never order another pizza from you again, and sadly the thought of that makes happy.
